Shown below is a photo of an American Larch – Larix Laricina Bonsai tree that was collected around 40 years before the photo was taken on display at a show. I cannot imagine how long it took to grow that branch out. The owner of the tree babied this tree for a long time and then it suddenly died after being on display at the local Bonsai show. It must have been heart breaking to him, I know I would be. I added the photo to the Larches Bonsai page. I also created a small gallery on the Larches Bonsai page of American larch trees shown during the local Bonsai shows.
