International Bonsai Master Bjorn Bjorholm has a new video titled “Shohin Juniper Bonsai from Cuttings, Part 2 | Bonsai-U” which is the second part of Bjorn creating a Shohin Juniper Bonsai tree. In this video Bjorn discusses how to create “Shari” on the juniper trunk. Bjorn does an excellant job of explaining how to do this from start to finish. This is a very important lesson to learn. He also explains how to apply the second styling of the tree. Finally he teaches you on how to develop the apex on the tree which is a hard thing for beginners to learn.
