The Bonsai Association Belgium has a new video titled “The Trophy 2021 – ‘Wood-firing for bonsai pottery’ by Englert Keramik“. In this video Englert shows how labor intensive using a wood burning kiln is. I had no idea on the massive amount of work and time needed to fire Bonsai pots using this method. No wonder pots fired in a wood kiln are usually expensive. I have added the video to the Pot Making page under Bonsai Basics page.
