The National Bonsai Foundation has a nice article titled “HISTORICAL TREE SPOTLIGHT: A Buttonwood From The CIA“. This is a nice story about a journey undertaken by a Conocarpus erectus – Buttonwood Bonsai that passed through many hands including International Bonsai Master Bjorn Bjorholm. Its a nice read and I made a new page for Buttonwood Bonsai and added the article. I will add more Buttonwood informaton in the near future, it is listed under Deciduous Bonsai and Bonsai Tree Information pages.
