The Ottawa Bonsai Society has a very nice page built on Larix – Larch trees. It is titled “Larch – Mélèze“. This page contains links to a PDF document that is the most comprehensive and in depth article I have seen on American Larch trees. The PDF file is written in several different languages and you can pick which one you want to view. You can download the document to your hard drive to. I cannot say enough good things about this article on Larch trees, its just over whelming, 56 pages worth of information.
