Callicarpa Beauty Berry make really great Bonsai. They are typically shown during the winter months when only the berries are showing. There are many different species of them with different colored berries. I am not sure all of them will be suitable for Bonsai, but I would bet most are. It is pretty much impossibe to find one in Colorado nurseries. You will have to be extremely lucky like I was or order one through the mail.
