HomeUncategorizedColorado Bonsai – How to Wire a Bonsai Tree Branch & 1 Year Latter

Eastern Leaf has a video for beginners titled “How to Wire a Bonsai Tree Branch” and they have a follow up video of the tree one year latter titled “How to Wire a Bonsai Branch“. One Year Later”. Note: Copper wire is generally used on Junipers not aluminum wire. Aluminum wire is perfectly fine to use on a Juniper, but you will need a bigger wire to hold the branch in place. Aluminum wire is generally considered easier for new artists to learn how to wire with. I have added the two videos to the Wiring and Bending Techniques page, listed on the Bonsai Basics page.
