Taxodium distichum (as T. distichum var. imbricatum) is consider a smaller form of Bald Cypress “Taxodium distichum” by some in the scientific community. Others refer to the tree as “Taxodium ascendens”.

The following Pond Cypress Bonsai tree was donated to the Denver Botanical Gardens by Mark Mills who obtained the tree from Charlie Sisk. This is a large tree and most definitely a two person tree.
