International Bonsai Master Larry Jackel has a book out titled “Ponderosa Pines as Bonsai” which can be used as a bible for how to grow, style and maintain Ponderosa Pines. Larry is an expert on Ponderosa Pines and probably is the most knowledgeable person in the world on them. I highly recommend buying and studying the book.
