Bonsai Moravia Blog has a nice article titled “FLAMING BERBERIS “THE SLUG”. This is a great article to pick up tips on using Barberries as Bonsai. I like Barberries for Bonsai and I cannot just pass up a nice one with an interesting trunk or big trunk. I have a very small one around 5 inches tall right up to a 5-6 foot Barberry.
