Bonsai Empire has a nice video out titled “Bonsai pottery – SHUUHO“. This is an interview of Hidemi Kataoka, from Yoshimura toen, Shuuhou (Tokoname, Japan). He walks us through how he glazes his Bonsai pots. Its a very interesting process to watch and learn from. Its a lot of work to make a Bonsai pot and the firing time is just incredible.
