This is tree #5 in my Mountain Mahogany – Cercocarpus breviflorus Gray var. breviflorus Bonsai collection. I obtained this tree from Cho Bonsai around April of 2018. The tree did not have a lot of ramification when I got it. This is typical on this species. Three years later it is hard to believe that its the same tree.
