The American Society of Horticulture Science has a detailed article titled “A Checklist of Cercis (Redbud) Cultivars” on all of the different varieties of Cercis Redbuds trees in existence. This would be a good article to research specific Redbuds for possible use as Bonsai. You can also download the article to your computer as a PDF document.
