Colors, Color Theories and Color Wheels Basics

This page was created to help artists understand how colors can work with each other. It can be difficult trying to figure what color pot should go with a tree. There are many different color wheels that can be used to help pick the right color. Some color wheels do a poor job of helping an artist understand what the 6-7 different categories are and how they work with each other. These videos would also be good for picking out accents plants etc. to go with a tree.

Floral Design Institute (FlowerSchool) has a 6 part series of videos that help artists undertand Color Theory and each of the different Color Schemes. Note: The speaker in the video says there are 7 parts in the series. This is wrong they counted 1 series twice.
