Heron’s Bonsai has a new video out titled “Bonsai from Potentilla & Berberis“. This is a very important video for a couple of reasons. I have found trying to repot a Potentilla always ended up with the tree dying. Fellow club members also confirmed that theirs died to. This is the first video I have seen addressing how to repot one. I finally got one to live, I kept most of the original soil and did not bare root it. Heron’s also discusses Barberries which is another species that your see very little information on.
