International Bonsai Master Mauro Stemberger has a new video titled “Windswept Hawthorn“. In this video Mauro and friend style a relatively flat looking Hawthorn tree. Its an interesting tree for sure. Mauro does an excellent job explaining the pros and cons of this tree plus the importance of changing the planting angle of the tree which is something beginners often do not think of.  I have added the video to the Crataegus – Hawthorn Bonsai page under Deciduous Bonsai and Bonsai Tree Information pages.
